We are working to embed good accessibility practices across our platforms and services by:
- Providing transcripts for podcasts and key videos.
- Providing closed captions on key videos.
- Ensuring our PDFs conform to accessible design standards.
- Regularly reviewing our digital presence and making incremental changes to constantly improve accessibility.
- Changing our production processes to take into account inclusive design practices.
Survey accessibility
We are committed to ensuring that as many people as possible are able to access our surveys
We audit our survey invitation for accessibility against WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1, working towards AA level compliance.

We are aware the WCAG guidance has been updated since our last audit. Our initial review of the changes suggests that there are no updates that significantly impact our survey widget; we are working on an updated compliance audit.
