2. Collection, use and processing of personal data

We collect data relating to a specific person for processing and usage purposes only, if you voluntarily decide to enter the data or expressly give your consent thereto.

By doing so, you accept the following terms of use.

When you agree to take part in visitor research that is managed by Bowen Craggs on behalf of its clients we will use the software known as Survey Monkey to present the survey and gather your responses.

When participating in the survey data automatically collected by Survey Monkey are:

The version of your browser software, the operating system of the computer used to access the visitor survey and the website you were using when you agreed to participate in the survey.  The IP address of your computer is used during the survey but is not stored after the survey is complete.

None of this information is collected if you do not agree to participate in the survey.

In addition, you will be asked to answer survey questions including: your role, your reason for visiting the website, satisfaction feedback in the form of ratings, and general feedback in the form of free text comments.

Your provision of these data is voluntary.

We will not ask for personal data but if you voluntarily supply us with personal data, we shall not use, process or transfer these data except for the purpose of visitor research.

Bowen Craggs does not conduct any additional web tracking whilst you are answering the visitor research survey in Survey Monkey.

Any changes to this Privacy Statement will be published on this page.

This enables you to inform yourself at any time about which data we are storing and how we collect and use such data.
