Through focus groups and in-person interviews with young professionals from around the world and from a range of companies, we found that what young people want from corporate digital channels is in some ways similar to what their older counterparts want: information that is easy to digest, authentic communication and transparency, especially when it comes to ESG and reputation issues.
But there are many vital differences too.
