The feature

Nike has a ‘Locations’ section on its global careers website called ‘Position yourself anywhere’. There is an overview, and pages for five locations – the global headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, USA; New York City; Hilversum, the Netherlands; Laakdal, Belgium and Shanghai.

Each location page has original and striking photographs, and a short 'By the numbers' feature that allows visitors to see statistics on commute times, facility production, employee numbers and local amenities. Benefits and perks are also listed, plus jobs available at the location.

The takeaway

Nike's Locations pages are engaging, on-brand and well designed to appeal to younger jobseekers. There are beautiful images and they integrate environmental responsibility messaging through the description of sustainable buildings in Belgium, for example.

The one-page layouts are an excellent example of how to convey a company’s personality and ethos efficiently and effectively.
