Bowen Craggs draws on a variety of techniques to fulfil the client’s needs – see below for more detail. We will never say which we plan to use until we have had detailed conversation with the client – our first skill is the ability to listen. We will then suggest a way forward, typically creating a fully-costed proposal. Because we want lasting relationships with clients, we never over-sell – we have pointed potential clients to other options because we felt this was best for them, and have found them returning to us at a later stage.
