David Bowen
David Bowen is senior consultant for Bowen Craggs & Co. He founded the London-based publishing and consultancy company Net Profit in 1996, and his present company in 2002.
He was industrial editor of the Independent on Sunday for seven years, as well as energy and business features editor of The Independent. Named two times as national newspaper industrial journalist of the year, Bowen has written a twice-monthly column on websites in the Financial Times since 1998 (now on ft.com). In 2004 he was included among the 100 most influential Britons in the Internet’s first decade. He has been following the online world since 1993, when he write a book called ‘Multimedia – Now and down the line’, which accurately predicted many developments. It contained the word ‘internet’ only once, however.
Keith Craggs
Keith Craggs is a senior consultant for Bowen Craggs & Co and co-founded the consultancy with David Bowen in 2002. He had previously been a lead consultant at Net Profit, which he joined in 2000 having held several senior positions in management journalism over a period of 10 years. These included launch editor of Measuring Business Excellence, editor of the annual European Quality Award report and managing editor of International Management and a contract printing portfolio that included UK Excellence, the official journal of the British Quality Foundation, and European Quality.
Dan Drury
Dan Drury has over 14 years experience of internet and software technologies. In 1993 Drury founded a software company that developed operational risk management tools using the latest database and internet technologies. In 2001 he founded a leading enterprise-class web analytics software company that specialised in understanding online behaviour. That company was merged with the UK’s leading usability organisation to create a customer experience company that now counts more than half of the FTSE100 among its clients. In 2004 Drury joined Bowen Craggs as commercial director. Drury is an expert in the fields of web measurement and experience management.
Mali Perdeaux
With more than nine years’ experience as a communications professional Mali Perdeaux’s strengths lie in analysis, formulating and interpreting strategy, and practical solutions. Prior to joining Bowen Craggs in 2005, Perdeaux was Internet Manager at ARUP during which watch she oversaw the complete re-development of arup.com, resulting in a 30 per cent increase in new business enquiries and receiving the Award of Excellence from CiB (Communicators in Business). She has a thorough understanding of integrated communications and the internet and is constantly seeking innovative ways to deliver appropriate corporate messages.
